Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of GLPro. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, especially the section on medical disclaimers.
1. Not Medical Advice
GLPro is a tracking and informational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider. Information and AI-generated coaching in the app are for general educational purposes only and may not be accurate for your situation. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication (including GLP-1 medications), dose, diet, or exercise program. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use GLPro. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Health Data You Enter
You choose what health and wellness information to enter, including medication, doses, weight, nutrition, activity, and notes. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. GLPro relies on this data to generate logs, summaries, and AI coaching; inaccurate input may produce inaccurate results.
4. AI Coaching
The AI coach uses an external AI provider to generate responses based on the context you provide. AI responses can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and must not be relied upon as medical advice. Use your judgment and consult a professional before acting on anything the AI suggests.
5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
GLPro offers paid subscriptions for premium features, which may include a free trial when offered through the App Store or Google Play. Free trials and pricing are governed by the offer presented at the time of purchase. If a trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged at the then-current rate. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account, and you manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Deleting your GLPro account does not cancel an active store subscription.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, submit false or harmful content to community features, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, such as storing and displaying your data back to you and processing it to provide features you use. Community submissions may be reviewed and moderated, and we may remove content that violates these terms.
8. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data from within the app. Deletion removes your data from our systems, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Account deletion does not cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription — you must cancel that separately in your store settings.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLPro and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
